1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Natural product batches are prepared in small quantities for freshness.

2. Shipping Partners

We deliver through trusted courier services (Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, or India Post) across India.

3. Estimated Delivery

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

- Other Areas: 5–8 business days

- Remote / North-East regions: Up to 10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping

- Orders below ₹999: Standard ₹59–₹99 depending on location

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed/SMSed once your order ships.

6. Delays

Delays due to public holidays, natural calamities, or courier issues are beyond our control, but we’ll keep you informed.
