Return & Refund Policy

As our skincare products are naturally preserved and handcrafted, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

- The product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect upon delivery.

- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened, used, or partially consumed products

- Products bought on sale or with free gifts

- Custom combos and limited editions

3. Refund Process

Once approved:

- Refunds will be initiated to your original payment mode within 5–7 business days.

- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or coupon code.

4. Replacement

If stock is available, we may send a replacement instead of a refund at your discretion.
